After consultation with Sales or Support, please fill out this form if you:

  • have received an incorrect delivery
  • the order was not in order
  • a credit note has been issued

Afterwards you will receive an e-mail with your data. Please send a signed printout of this mail back to us together with the devices. This ensures the correct allocation of the devices.
