A qualified support

Our service technicians are just a phone call away, and in many cases can resolve the issue over the phone.

If telephone support is unsuccessful, you can conveniently send the equipment to us for a professional repair service. 

Free Estimate

There is no warranty claim?  We will provide you with a free estimate for the repair or replacement.                              

On-site option

In individual cases, a qualified specialist is also available on-site to diagnose and fix the problem with your equipment.

Shipping

Within the scope of the warranty, we cover all shipping costs associated with the repair of your equipment.  Please retain your shipping confirmation for your records.

Option to replace devices

If necessary, we will temporarily provide you with a free replacement device for the duration of the repair.  This will ensure minimal disruption to your service.                  

Short lead times

Whether customer technicians on site, repairs in our workshop, or replacement units – within 1-2 working days we will provide an individual solution to get your equipment back up and running.

We continuously optimize our product portfolio in order to be able to offer you fast availability, replacement security and a solution competence in line with the market. Even for discontinued products, we can usually still provide you with support or repair the devices. In such a case please contact our support.
