Video processing

The first question is whether the sources on screen only need to be watched, or operated as well.

— With control, keyboard and mouse act on whichever source the operator is working in. Moving between windows is fluid, with no switchover.
— Without control, the solution displays only. This suits content that is monitored but not changed – typically on a video wall.

Where the sources sit determines the solution.

— Local – sources are connected directly. A standalone multiviewing device is sufficient.
— Extended – sources sit remotely and connect through KVM modules.
— Through the KVM matrix – sources are part of an existing matrix system. The multiviewer module works as a console module on the matrix and reaches every computer module, with seamless switching.

— One or several monitors at the workplace
— Additional output via video stream, depending on the PersonalWorkplace-Controller variant
